Welcome to Valura, a Google Sheets add-on and companion Chrome extension developed by SmartMinds Tech. By installing or using Valura, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Valura, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian.
  • Have the authority to use Valura within your Google account or organization.
  • Agree to comply with these Terms of Service and applicable laws.

If you do not agree, you must uninstall and discontinue use of Valura immediately.

2. Service Description

Valura enables you to send personalized WhatsApp messages directly from Google Sheets by:

  • Reading spreadsheet data (headers, rows)
  • Preparing personalized messages with placeholders
  • Sending message jobs to the Valura backend for processing
  • Tracking status of queued or sent jobs

We may update features, design, or functionality at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

  • Use Valura only for lawful purposes.
  • Not use Valura to send spam, abusive, fraudulent, or unsolicited bulk messages.
  • Be solely responsible for the content of messages you send through Valura.
  • Maintain and safeguard your API key and not share it with unauthorized users.

4. Data Handling

  • Valura does not permanently store your Google Sheets content.
  • API keys and preferences are stored in your Google account’s Apps Script properties.
  • Message jobs (phone numbers, text, row references) are transmitted securely to the Valura backend for delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Valura (excluding user data) remain the property of SmartMinds Tech.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer Valura without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Valura is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that Valura will meet your specific needs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • SmartMinds Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Valura.
  • You are responsible for ensuring compliance with WhatsApp’s terms of service and any applicable regulations when using Valura.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Valura at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms.
You may stop using Valura at any time by uninstalling the add-on and/or extension.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
Continued use of Valura after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
